Position Overview

As a Technical Sales Specialist at Bell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with our valued clients. Your expertise will help in identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable products or services that align with their objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive reports and proposals that clearly demonstrate the advantages of our offerings.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve equipment-related challenges efficiently to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Cost Estimation: Calculate the expenses associated with the installation and upkeep of our products or services.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years in a relevant sales role.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
