About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Kindred Food + Drink. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional support to our Servers and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Servers with food running, ensuring that plates arrive at the correct table

• Maintain a high level of floor awareness, clearing and cleaning as required

• Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating and ensure a seamless dining experience

• Follow all food safety standards and systems to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests

• Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the success of our team

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is considered an asset

• Smart Serve Certification is a requirement

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
