Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Servers by ensuring that all tables are properly set, clean, and complete. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of floor awareness and possessing exceptional knowledge of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Servers with food running, ensuring that plates are delivered to the correct guests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with Servers and Hosts to optimize seating and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow all food safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for our guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the success of our team.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
