We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in our St John's office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts.
  • Entering documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database, and preparing statutory correspondence for bankruptcy and proposal filings.
  • Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various tasks, including working with the local team and others within the organization.

Your Qualifications

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A post-secondary education is considered an asset but not a requirement.
  • Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is considered an asset but not a requirement.
  • You are able to stay organized within a busy work environment.
  • You are able to support high-level management demands with a strong attention to detail.
  • You have exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • You are able to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
