Staff Xchange is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of approximately $35,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan recruitment strategies, and manage training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote Staff Xchange's services.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Recruitment: Plan and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm travel arrangements.
  • Training: Manage training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent oral communication skills.
  • Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and greet clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and strong time management skills.
