Business Operations Coordinator

At Canada Inc., we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including but not limited to managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members, management, and external stakeholders, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
