Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Beeline Transportation Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
About the RoleThe Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, and performing data entry.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including free parking, support for persons with disabilities, mentorship opportunities, and more.
