We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Eagle Truck Sales & Leasing Corp.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating performance, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role will also involve supporting various initiatives, such as those focused on newcomers and refugees, youth employment, veterans, indigenous peoples, and visible minorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement process improvements
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and teams
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. A strong understanding of business operations and office administration principles is essential.
