Joban Transport Ltd. is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings; record and prepare minutes
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and information; maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain filing systems; type and proofread documents
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
  • Friendly, flexible, and accurate with a strong client focus
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
