About Us:Joban Transport Ltd. is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings; record and prepare minutes
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule appointments and confirm details
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and information; maintain inventory
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain filing systems; type and proofread documents
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
- Friendly, flexible, and accurate with a strong client focus
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
