At People Force Consulting Inc., we are seeking an experienced Dayforce Implementation Consultant to lead our enterprise-level projects.

This role involves implementing various Dayforce modules, including Pay, Workforce Management, Core HR, Talent, Performance Management, Benefits, and Experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of implementation experience and excellent client-facing and communication skills. A good consulting background is also an asset.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level Dayforce implementation projects
  • Implement various Dayforce modules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of implementation experience on Dayforce modules
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Good consulting background (an asset)
