About the opportunity
The Service Consultant is responsible for guiding the implementation of Dayforce talent modules for a new client or an existing client adding a new Dayforce talent module. They use reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices to work with clients on the optimal solution to meet their needs and use the talent modules most efficiently.
What you'll get to do
- Scheduling and conducting weekly sessions for the various Dayforce talent modules with clients.
- Providing guidance and best practices to the client on various talent modules to meet their business objectives.
- Working in conjunction with Project Manager and Project Team in the completion of an implementation for a client new to Dayforce and acting both a consultant and the project manager for VAS projects.
- Resolving project issues and escalating when appropriate.
- Testing and implementing solutions for customers. Problems may require agility, analytical skill, and detailed problem solving to efficiently provide the appropriate resolution.
- Ensuring a smooth transition to the support team.
- Responsible for contributing to project plans and ensuring project is on time, meets and/or exceeds client expectations, and follows internal processes.
- Maintaining accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and client billing systems on a weekly basis.
- Able to successfully implement multiple projects at the same time.
- Helping other team members to learn talent modules.

Skills and Experience we value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field.
- Understanding of basic project management principles.
- Experience in consultancy, preferably with HCM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Consultancy (Guide customers/stakeholders, be accountable, follow project methodology, demonstrate agility and deliver technical solutions).
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Analytical and logical reasoning.
- Works independently with mínimal oversight and demonstrates good judgment.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.
- Ability to pay particular attention to detail when translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions.
- Good time management to ensure on time delivery
