Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Express Lumper Solutions Ltd. In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate all administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release under access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks
- Train staff, resolve conflict situations, monitor and evaluate performance, and oversee payroll administration
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, and maintain accurate records
- 11-15 years of experience in an administrative or management role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, multitasking, time management, adaptability, and integrity
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
The salary for this role is approximately $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
