About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, supervising other drafting personnel, training new employees, developing and preparing design sketches, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Blueprint Analysis: Read and analyze blueprints to determine work requirements and specifications
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior CAD design technicians
  • Design Review: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality output
Requirements
  • Certifications: AutoCAD Certification required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in CAD design and drafting
