About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Gas Engineer to transition into a leadership position within our company's facilities management division. Based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, you will oversee the operations of both workshop and field-based teams.

With a strong background in Gas Engineering and experience working in building services and facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless remedial work across domestic and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Engineering and Dispatch teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategies for facilities management in both commercial and domestic sectors.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members to provide training and support for career progression.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Gas Engineering and facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and develop team members.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and best practices.
