As a Business Growth Expert, you'll play a crucial role in our success story. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving ambitious origination targets.

You'll work closely with business owners to understand their operations, conduct comprehensive financial analyses, and develop robust proposals that support their business growth.

1. Structuring asset finance deals for businesses across various sectors.
2. Conducting full financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Managing time and workload effectively to ensure each customer is fully supported and educated on their options.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Recent sales experience in asset finance, preferably in the UK market.
• Proven credit skills and ability to conduct thorough financial analyses.
• Understanding of operational risks, changing economic conditions, and regulatory requirements.
