At GAP Group LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own Profit Centre and influencing all aspects of Depot Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff recruitment, motivation, and training
  • Purchasing equipment and supplies
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver results and exceed customer expectations
  • Identifying and providing solutions for potential challenges within the workplace

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably gained within the hire industry. Experience within Ground Shoring or Temporary works is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word are essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
