This pivotal role as Financial Services Origination Specialist will focus on developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious origination targets. You will work closely with entrepreneurs to understand their operations, conduct comprehensive financial analyses, and develop tailored proposals that support their business growth.

As you engage with diverse businesses across various sectors, offering both hard and soft assets, you will effectively manage your time and workload to ensure each customer is fully supported and educated on their options. Your role will involve providing solution-focused and customer-oriented services.

Required Experience:
  1. A minimum of recent and relevant sales experience in asset finance, with the ability to structure deals.
  2. Proven credit skills with the capacity to conduct full financial analysis.
  3. An understanding of operational risks, changing economic conditions, and regulatory requirements.
