**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Software Support Agent - Accounting within our Solutions PME business unit.

**Work Location**

We offer the possibility of remote work or from one of our offices (Montréal or Québec).

**What We Offer**

  • A daytime work schedule from Monday to Friday, permanent

**What You Will Bring to the Team**

  • Your ability to resolve application and technical problems encountered by clients to ensure optimal use of the Gestion CMEQ product;
  • Your ability to provide information on the characteristics, use and operation of products while maintaining positive relationships with clients;
  • Your ability to provide training on the use and operation of products as needed by clients;
  • Your rigor in documenting problems encountered and in following up with clients.

**What You Need**

  • A DEP, AEC or DEC in accounting or another related field of study;
  • Experience in a user support position or any relevant combination of experience related to accounting;
  • Customer service skills
  • Bilingualism (French-English) as we have clients across Canada.

**Nice to Have**

  • Knowledge of the Gestion CMEQ software.
