The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include arranging seminars and conferences, distributing mail and materials, and establishing office procedures and routines. Additionally, the candidate will schedule appointments, answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a high level of flexibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Distribute mail and other materials
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Provide administrative support to staff

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High level of flexibility and reliability
