Executive Coordinator

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Deputy Minister's Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Minister, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and other staff in the Ministry.
- Type, format, and proofread sensitive and confidential documents, including general correspondence, briefing materials, budget documents, and reports.
- Plan, schedule, and organize meetings and events, including travel and event logistics.
- Maintain the Deputy Minister's Office filing using the ARMS system.
- Coordinate and process Minister and Deputy Minister referrals, ensuring timely responses.
- Provide leadership and advice to other staff on government processes and standards.
- Lead by example on the Ministry's culture and values.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills to coordinate and process referrals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues daily.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Confidence in responding to public inquiries.
- Typically obtained through formal education and extensive experience in a senior administrative position.
Working Environment:
- A - MANAGEMENT SUPPORT GROUP Office 36.
- One day off every two weeks.
