We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Deputy Minister, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and other staff in the Ministry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Minister, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and other staff in the Ministry.
  • Type, format, and proofread sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Plan, schedule, and organize meetings and other events.
  • Maintain the Deputy Minister's Office filing using the ARMS system.
  • Provide leadership and advice to other staff within the Ministry on government processes and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and process Minister and Deputy Minister referrals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues on a daily basis.
  • Leadership and advisory skills to provide guidance to other staff within the Ministry.
