Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Minister, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and other staff in the Ministry.
- Type, format, and proofread sensitive and confidential documents.
- Plan, schedule, and organize meetings and other events.
- Maintain the Deputy Minister's Office filing using the ARMS system.
- Provide leadership and advice to other staff within the Ministry on government processes and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Good organizational skills to coordinate and process Minister and Deputy Minister referrals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues on a daily basis.
- Leadership and advisory skills to provide guidance to other staff within the Ministry.
