Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Winnipeg. As an administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and retrieve data for team members with precision and efficiency.
  • Verify data input accuracy from various sources to ensure integrity.
  • Monitor and update data as required to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Comply with data security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Compile reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to deliver high-quality work accurately and promptly.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
  • Familiarity with multitasking and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Above-average typing speed and excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on action items to ensure business progress.
  • Maintenance of accurate records to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to support internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $48,000 - $54,400 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and $16-18 per hour.
