About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train staff members on various topics
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Personal Qualities:
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Culturally sensitive and aware
Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
