We are seeking a highly skilled Book Binder to join our team at Esdale Printing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various specialized binding equipment and machines.

About the Role

In this role, you will work with collators, gatherers, inserters, cutting machines, folders, laminating machines, stitchers, and trimmers to produce high-quality bound books.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate specialized binding equipment and machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with book binding equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits
