Role Overview

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for supporting the communications team in the development and execution of various marketing and communications-related tasks for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate regular updates to various digital communications platforms.
Prepare, edit, and proofread communications-related material, from verbal or written information.
Create and modify documents using MS Office and Adobe PDF.
Develop and maintain contact database systems.
Coordinate project-based work.
Other duties as requested.

Requirements

Relevant educational or employment experience.
Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp.
Experience with social media marketing, Google Analytics, and/or content marketing.
Post-secondary studies in digital media and/or marketing are considered an asset.
Proficiency with MS Office products, with emphasis on Word and Excel, is required.
Proficiency in English language skills is required; proficiency in French and/or other languages is considered an asset.
