About the Role

Fionn's Grant Park is seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Assist in product development and launch
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products and services
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Direct the development and maintenance of our website and social media presence
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our organization
  • Develop and implement educational and publicity programs to raise awareness about our services
  • Direct the team on crucial information and research
  • Establish distribution networks for our products and services
  • Evaluate our Internet presence and communication strategies
  • Implement communication strategies and programs
  • Oversee the preparation of written material for website content
  • Publicize activities, workshops, and events to promote our brand and services
  • Review and edit written material, such as reports and press releases
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure effective communication and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital communication and marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
