Job Description

New Value Solutions, a leading national IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the adoption, integration, and customization of Microsoft 365 Enterprise Applications & Services to streamline and automate business processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized MS 365 solutions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Process Automation: Utilize MS 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes and improve productivity, driving business efficiency and growth.
  • Integration and Workflow: Integrate MS 365 applications with existing systems to create cohesive and efficient workflows, enhancing collaboration and data management.
  • Adoption and Training: Drive the adoption of MS 365 applications across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, and develop and deliver training sessions to educate staff on the effective use of MS 365 applications.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MS 365 solutions, ensuring they remain healthy and fully functional, and regularly update and maintain applications to keep up with Microsoft's latest features and security enhancements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, including workflows, integrations, and customizations, and work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Microsoft 365 Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of integrating and automating business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications are preferred.
