Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Snackshot Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth production process.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas and operating machinery.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or dessert production environment.
