The University of Regina is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Faculty of Social Work. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching at the BSW and MSW levels, conducting research, supervising graduate students, and contributing to the administrative structure of the Faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach social work courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Conduct research in social work practice, education, or policy
- Supervise graduate students in social work research
- Contribute to the development of social work programs and services
Requirements
- PhD in Social Work or a related field
- Record of research and teaching in social work practice, education, or policy
- Experience in social work practice, education, or policy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in teaching and research in social work
- Publication record in social work research
- Experience in supervising graduate students
