Position Summary
The University of Regina invites applications for a full-time tenure track nursing faculty position. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of nursing practice, and a demonstrated commitment to teaching, including student advising and recruitment. The position requires a minimum of one graduate degree in Nursing and the ability to practice as a nurse practitioner is considered an asset. The Faculty of Nursing will begin considering candidates in April 2024.Key Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses on-site and by distance delivery
- Develop and implement curriculum
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work
- Advise students and contribute to departmental service
Requirements
- PhD in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of one graduate degree in Nursing
- Registered or eligible for unencumbered registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan
