Clinical Education and Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing clinical education materials related to heart valve products. This includes providing expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure, and protocol throughout the life cycle of clinical investigations.

  • Responsible for the certification of centers, physicians, and staff, as well as EW personnel and those outlined within EW SOPs.
  • Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and proctors to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  • Provide education on all aspects of heart valve products, device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools, and products required for device implants.
  • Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials, and training tools based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines, and SOP.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists, plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales and Sales Management, and validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.

Requirements

  • 5 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Training experience in a clinical/technical environment
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time
