About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audience Marketing Manager to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of our products and their impact on our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer and prospect experience across products and organizational initiatives.
  • Assess market landscape, trends, and opportunities, and evaluate priorities within the audience to set strategic focus.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their impact on the audience workflow.
  • Develop detailed personas for the audience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance competitive intelligence and leverage this knowledge to create objection handling and sales enablement for revenue teams.
  • Create overall positioning and supporting messages for audience campaigns.
  • Support the Sales team with value pitch decks, battlecards, and integrated campaigns.
  • Work with Customer Success team to identify evangelists and capture customer stories that demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Support the Product team by leading GoToMarket plans for major releases and new product launches, including development of key messages, differentiation points, and coordinating with Marketing on announcement and adoption campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Audience Marketing peers and entire marketing team formally and informally to drive close alignment on strategies, tactics, and execution across personas and products.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Audience/Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Experience supporting or running product launches and feature releases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
