About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Control Specialist to join our team at BRP. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your analytical skills and experience in project management to drive business growth and success.

Job Summary:

  • To provide technical expertise and support to project managers and teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning and Monitoring
    • Developing and maintaining project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
    • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Financial Management
    • Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to inform project decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Facilitating regular project status updates and meetings.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, finance, or a related field, preferably in the recreational vehicle and boat industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong project management, financial management, and risk management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
