IT Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Specialist to join our team in the SOX program. As an integral part of this program, you will play a key role in ensuring our organization's compliance with SOX regulations.
About the RoleAs an IT Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of our program from scoping to testing evidence and risk assessment. You will work closely with our IT management team to document processes and gather testing evidence. Your expertise will also be instrumental in implementing control environment improvements and staying up-to-date with new trends under your scope of responsibility.
You will collaborate with our business process team to improve program efficiency and ensure that all aspects of our SOX program are thoroughly evaluated and documented.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing or leading projects in IT, external, or internal audit (under a SOX environment would be an asset).
- Relevant accounting/audit designation (e.g., CPA, CISA).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Proven team player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Creativity and analytical, rigorous, information processing, and problem-solving skills.
