Job Title: Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at OHE Consultants.

Job Summary

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
Working Conditions

The Technical Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
