Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure accurate data compilation.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
