Job Title: Technical Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Secretary to join our team at OHE Consultants.

Job Summary:

The Technical Secretary will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including planning and controlling budgets, establishing policies and procedures, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Manage contracts, answer telephone calls and messages, and compile data and statistics.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and set up and maintain information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and evaluate work environments to control and prevent disease or injury.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a quick learning ability.
