Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall success of a Spirit Halloween store. This individual will oversee and manage all aspects of the store, including sales, profitability, guest services, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high standards of guest services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Control expenses and optimize store operations to maximize profitability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, including store displays, fixtures, and signage.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a seasonal or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role require standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
