Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain efficient store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
