About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with medication administration, as required.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home remains safe and comfortable.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring the client has access to essential items.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
