About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Lucia Richardson Home Care. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Shop for food and household supplies
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
