About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist with medication administration, as per client needs and healthcare provider instructions.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals to meet clients' dietary needs.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
