About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a variable schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
