Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at GS WORLD BUILDERS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit and hire construction staff and manage related personnel actions
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role
  • Ability to lead and instruct individuals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
  • 5-10 people in the team
  • Permanent work term
  • English language required
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
