About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the management of high-rise construction projects in the Hamilton/Burlington area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience supervising large projects and significant experience with high-rise construction working with the Ontario Building Code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of high-rise construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and tradespeople.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in high-rise construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents.
