We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating all sub-trades, ensuring accuracy of work in accordance with construction plans, and overseeing all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all sub-trades and site activities
  • Ensure accuracy of work in accordance with construction plans
  • Oversee and manage site operations, including scheduling and logistics
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Site Superintendent position
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
  • Class G license and ability to travel between sites and offices as necessary
