About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at PCL Constructors Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and direct project teams, including direct and indirect reports.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and safety.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
