Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and direct construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in site supervision and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure high-quality work and compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
