Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of physical activity and standing for extended periods.
