Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food and beverage sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
